  4. For 2 month old son. Should i take?

For 2 month old son
My son is 2 month old. He was premature at the time of birth and his weight was 2.5. This month weiggt measured was 4. 3 kg but today he is having loosemotion. I am giving him Nanpro. Could you please advise medicine for loose motion or what precautions should I take? At present I am in patna and temperature is getting down.
