Back in my school days i could run a full football game with minimum struggle, but 7-8 years after school i was just focused on studies and job with minimum physical activity and recently i returned to football games.i find myself easily getting exhausted and my body is kinda giving up in between games. How can I recover my old stamina or improve it for my future games?
