Right foot top swelling and pain for the past few days. Have applied omnigel and immersed in hot water with salt to reduce swelling and pain.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern. Did you suffer any injury to the foot?
Is there pain also along with the swelling or is it just swelling?
It would be better if you consult a orthopedician in person and get examined for further evaluation and management.
As of now, you can sleep with the legs slightly raised.
