My ankle got sprain. Having pain in my ankle and foot. Applied moove but having severe pain. Please let me know medication for relief.

Hi, Take Tab Diclofenac 50 mg twice a day for 5 days Tab Pantotab DSR one empty stomach before breakfast for 5 days Apply Cold compressions. Keep foot elevated on pillow. If pain persists, visit an Orthopaedician. And get a xray done to rule out any fracture. Take care
