I'm having a round wound, like a sore, probably a fungus on the sole of my left foot since more than an year. Sometimes it hurts. How can I treat it?should I buy a cream?which kind?

It's a plantar wart.
It occurs due to any injury or shoe bite or long time irritation at any particular area.
Next Steps
apply salactin paint at the involved area and apply vaselene around the normal area.
use socks or comfortable shoes while walking.
