Hello,
Thanks for your query on Practo
"As" per your clinical history is concerned it is an infection so please use [PANDERM+ topical powder] three times a day and orally take [ALFA TAB-150mg]once a day for 14 days.
Health Tips
1)Try to keep your feet dry, especially between your toes. Go barefoot to let your feet air out as much as possible when you're home. 2)Change socks regularly. If your feet sweat a lot, change your socks when they get wet. 3)Wear light, well-ventilated shoes. Avoid shoes made of synthetic material, such as vinyl or rubber. 4)Alternate pairs of shoes. Don't wear the same pair every day so that you give your shoes time to dry between wearings. 5)Protect your feet in public places. Wear waterproof sandals or shower shoes in communal showers, pools, fitness centers and other public areas. 6)Treat your feet. Use powder, preferably antifungal, on your feet daily. 7)Don't share shoes. Sharing risks spreading a fungal infection. Hope that helps
