Foot pain while walking
I am having foot pain whenever I am walking or standing after sitting for lonely time. Whenever I put my feet in warm water the pain goes however it again start after a day or so. Facing pain in knee muscle whenever sitting down on floor.

Most probably plantar fascitis. Knee pain may not be related to the same.may be mechanical pain due to improper muscle usage due to pain .anyways need to have a uric acid done along with an RFT.may be treated by some analgesics and proper streching exercises and change of foot wear
