Foot pain continuous for 3 days
I've having foot pain since 3 days. Whenever I'm waking up from sleep or from nap I'm feeling pain.. Mainly in the heel area and other areas too. Why it is happening. How to cure this?

Yiu have Plantar Fascitis. Please check ur serum Vitamin D. It's blood test

If there is no recent history of trauma or wearing of high heels. Get your blood work up for Vitamin B12 levels.

You probably have plantar fascitis. Look up internet for exercises. Change your footwear. This is main treatment. You can use painkillers on SOS basis
