Foot pain after fracture
1 month ago I had a hairline fracture .. the foot is alright now but ... one day I went to play cricket and since then my foot balance has gone out ... please help

Tk ice pack for 20 minutes and do strength exercise of ankle .avoid strain on ankle and do calf stretching exercise if u r unable to walk and standing then repeat X-Ray

Can you further describe: Where was the fracture? How it was treated? You should consult a Physiotherapist, he will suggest you exercise to improve balance and when to start regular sports activities.
