Hi dear, Can you please tell me why you got operated? Also if there is incomplete nerve injury, then you can take the help of Physiotherapist. They have nerve and muscle stimulator, also some techniques which helps to regain functions of foot.
Health Tips
Keep your feet towards head side of bed while sleeping. Also put a pillow between bed and foot so that it remains in neutral position.

What operation has taken place? Foot drop can be due to operation around the knee or hip where a specific nerve gets affected or due to weakness of muscles that control the ankle.
