I recently went from exercising 15 min to 45 min. Since then my foot ankle and shin have been hurting constantly. It gets a lot worse every time I walk. It is swollen and bruised around my ankle. Should I go to urgent care or my primary Dr. Or should I not worry about it

A proper warm up and stretching prior and post exercise is important. Shin splints are common things post excess workout or running specially. Pls take rest for a while and gradually step up your fitness program
