  4. Foot and palm numbness. All dis normal?

Foot and palm numbness
Sometimes as soon as I lie down on bed after 10min I feel both foot and palm numbness,sometimes cramping,BP will be always 105/68... Sometimes I feel lightheadedness... and foot and palm ll be cold.. V B12, CALCIUM are normal... vit D is insufficient.. I'm hypothyroid patient... take 88mcg tab for thyroid.. is all dis normal?

U need look for any autonomic disturbances or sudden drop of blood pressure when u feel dizzy.
