Hi I am 8 weeks pregnant. I want to know is it safe to eat roasted chana throughout pregnancy? Which food items to avoid?

Roasted chana is great calcium source in pregnancy.  Avoid papaya, pineapple, junk food. Eat healthy home cooked food and of course u can divulge in the cravings.
