Food requirements for 5 months old
My 5 months 10 days old daughter 👧 is wanting cooked food 🍲beside milk. Should I start feeding or wait for some more days?

If your daughter is getting sufficient energy from mother's milk, its good to wait, foods should be initiated after 6 months of age.
