At least wait for 4-5 to gut to be normal. Till then add butter milk, curd, poha, upma idali with white chatani. Slowly regain the appetite.
diabetic diet is recommended when ever you start eating.add fibers as salad, sprouts fruits first than if u think u can eat u go for main course of meals.
