After having lots of liquid and food in dinner .. I tried to bend down to pick up something but suddenly  the food came in my nose and went to head as i felt discomfort in head and headache little.. what should I do?? I still feel nose blocked

Hello sir , Your head is not directly connected to your mouth or throat so don't worry no way food can enter your head Stay calm. Sometimes regurgitated food comes through nose if it's spicy it may cause irritating sensations in nose . It ll go off after sometime.
