Food for calcium oxalate stone
I will be grateful if i get answers for these questions- 1. If we soak almonds overnight, Will it’s Oxalate level decrease? 2. If we boil high oxalate food for 6-10 minutes like spinach or potato., Will it’s oxalate level decrease? 3. Can we eat tomatoes in calcium oxalate stones? You can also answer any one of them.
