Can i hair transplant a bald patch on hair caused by folliculitis decalvans? If not then is there a way to have hair on that bald patch? At least i want that bald patch to disappear. Thanks for your reply

Hair transplant helps in cases of scarring alopecia (bald patch) as well. But the disease needs to be inactive for a long time before that. Needs more information to consult you on the same.
