Follicular size on cycle Day 8
Hi, I am undergoing IUI treatment this cycle, LMP is 13th May, on 5 mg letrozol and Persinal 150 IU injection, while doing follicular study on cycle day 8, left ovary showing follicle size as 13.7 mm, no follicle on right ovary, my doctor has suggested to take 2 more injection as follicle growth is slow, shall I continue for iui treatment this month? Or should cancel this cycle or monitor more days and then decide, I had done one failed IUI in the month of March, that time right ovary had 2 dominant follicle, please suggest

Continue. No need to cancel . As with letrozole only one dominant follicle develops . And as ur age is more than 30 - I suggest plz don't delay ur pregnancy . One failed iui doesn't mean it's not useful for u. As iui success is usually 10-15 % - that means one patient concieves out of 10 treated pts.

Take 2 more injections as prescribed by the doctor n see. Ovary may not respond same way every month. I’m you may not get 2 follicles every time you do ovulation induction.
