  4. Double IUI cycle. Of implantation?

Hi, I have PCOS, AmH-8.22, I have gone through double IUI on 14th and 16th Jan, Now I am feeling totally exhausted, left side abdominal pain, bloating and nausea with very less vomiting. Currently taking duphaston TDS, susten 400 ODS, Folic ODS. Are these symptom of Implantation?
