Hi doctor I'm trying to get pregnant and having difficulties currently dealing with primary infertility.. My gynec had suggested me to take letroze 2.5for 7 days since today is day 14 egg has reached the size of 24.3*25.7mm left ovary and she said I can't get a trigger shot and it may turn into cyst... Endometrium thickness is 8.7mm. She suggested me to take DEVIRY 10 mg starting from today for 10 days ..im in confusion as well as feeling very low... It's been more than a year since I'm trying to get pregnant... Please someone suggest me what I'm I supposed to do. .. Can't come out of this stress..

Folicular monitoring is started from day 8 the desired size of the egg is 18 x20 mm once that is reached we given injection for rupture

Hi This cycle try natural contact as there is a possibility of delayed rupture as well. In case it doesn't work I suggest you consult fertility specialist to rule out any tubal factor or hormonal issue if you are facing this issue repeatedly.
