My dominant follicle size is 10.4 x 7.3 mm right and left is 8.5 x8. 9 mm on day 9. Please suggest is it normal for conceiving.

There are another 4-5 days for Follicle to mature further. Then it will rupture and egg will be released. If other factors for Fertility are favourable then you will conceive. The process is same every month but only about 10% patients conceive.
