Follicle study
My doc gave me fsh 75 iu injections starting from day 5 of my cycle, on day 11 my follicular study showed 2 dominant follicles in left ovary and 2 in right ovary and some free fluid vol 25cc. Does free fluid mean follicle has already ruptured? Is there any benefit of going for IUI this cycle? please suggest?

It seems quite a few Follicles started developing simultaneously. Two dominant Follicles each in both ovaries
are still there.
One might have ruptured.
You should go ahead with your plan for IUI.
