My blood group is A+ and my wife blood group is O- and she is pregnant. Somewhere I heard in this condition my first baby survive but if I plan for second in future he will be not survive or un normal. Is it true or myth?

If antenatal anti D s given at the time of pregnancy and after delivery if the baby s rh positive , then chances of sensitisation are minimal ..
So problems with subsequent pregnancy occurs
