Follicle ruptured but no fluid in pod
I was undergoing follicular monitoring. My scan showed follicle ruptured today but no fluid in pod. Is it something to worry about?

There is nothing to worry dear Even if no free fluid it is still considered as ruptured follicle only
Next Steps
Joining with husband For next 3 nights at bedtime in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown
. Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown.

Avoid lifting weights and stress and travel and dehydration
Avoid papaya and pineapple
Continue Adjuvants
Start Tablet Duphaston 10 mg twice a day for 9 days from day 18-27 of periods
Do a pregnancy test if you miss your periods

Nothing to worry..follicle rupture itself is a sign of ovulation..start trying for next 3 days
