Follicle growth 22.5mm on day 9
Hi,
Went for follicular Scan on day 9,on letrozole 5mg last 2 cycle from cd2 to cd6. Radiologists said follicle is 22.5*19mm for day 9 with et 6.9mm
Even in last cycle the follicle grew upto 26mm by 13th day however triggered and I ovulated, no pregnancy.
I had laproscopy and hysteroscopy in December 2019,right ovarian drilling done and left endometrioma removed 3cms.both tubes patent.
Doc has advised to go for iui after 2 unsuccessful cycles.
My queries are
1. Why is my follicle growing way too fast,by 9th day more than 20 mm, shud I reduce letrozole dosage to 2.5mg.
2.why am I ovulating from only right ovary last 2cycles,after laproscopy surgery.

Yes. Reduce the dosage and start the tablet after day 5.
Ovulating from same side is not a problem
