Folical scan
Hello, I am trying to concieve from 7 month. Every month my dr. Do folical scan. But I felt. I have one doubt- I study on net that mature size for ovulation folical size should be 20 - 25 mm. But everymonth when my dr. Scaned that last scan size only 12 mm. I also take siphene 10 mg, and duphaston 10 mg. Than why I am not conceived. Is there any problem due to folical size? Dr. Has not told me anything about that. She told try and try and take medicine. Please help me.

Hi. The follicular size in your case is less. The tab siphene is 10 mg or 100 mg? If its 10 mg then need to increase the dose. Siphene from day 2 or 3 for 5 days only. Duphaston from day 14th .
If your tube test, semen analysis, endometrial test for tb pcr not done then it to be done.

Best follicular size will be 18-19before rupture not 25 or more if your follicular size is only twelve and then it's not going to rupture anyways... Do scan till you ovulate if not then you need higher treatment.. Kindly see a fertility expert
