Folic acid tablets necessary in pregnanc
Iam in 4'th month pregnancy now can I take folic acid tablets I already took folic acid tablets till 3'rd month of pregnancy .And one more doubt I had can I eat almonds and walnuts

There is no definite contraindications to continuing folic acid..
However it's reqd only if ur doctor has prescribed..
Diet advise needs to b taken by considering factors like ur weight, previous history and co morbidities..
If all fine then yes u can have them..
