Fluttering stomach
I sometimes wake up in the middle of night and there's an uncomfortable sensation in my stomach like it is moving. I usually don't feel pain but the episode is uncomfortable and I'm unable to sleep while it lasts which can be about an hour to two hours also. What could be causing this? I'm really concerned.

Normally stomach don't flutter.  They may have  vigorous peristaltic movements. What flutters is heart.  At times you may get sensation of palpitations in the abdomen. Please get your ECG and consult a General Physician.  If there is any abnormality,  he may suggest further investigation.  In the meantime you should continue Pantaprazole
