Fluoride mouthrinse
My dentist gave me fluoride treatment in-office and told me that my teeth may be sensitive due to multiple dental treatment especially crown, but no obvious symptoms. So I couldn't crown and do my night guard for the time being. He also said I needed fluoride to protect and strengthen my teeth, and to monitor my sensitivity for few months before going back to my dental check-up. If not, he will need refer me to see a specialist. Can I use toothpaste for sensitive teeth and rinse with fluoride mouthrinse and how long should I monitor for and using the toothpaste for sensitive teeth

Along with anti sensitivity paste you can also eat hand full pr peanuts and banana as they also relieve sensitivity in many patients. At your age using anti sensitivity tooth paste for a very long time is not recommended. So if sensitivity is decreasing with paste and after discontinuing paste it again happens then go for specialist for final treatment. But it completely vanish with paste used for a month or two then its ok.
