Fluid or mucus after surgery
Hello, I've gone through septoplasty DNS and turbinate reduction last week, now I'm feeling some wet in nose and feeling like sneeze it out, it is safe to do so or let it be, its making me diff to breathe in or out.

No! If you get that sensation, immediately open your mouth wide like you do while yawning. This will help seal off your nose at velopharyngeal level and you will cough instead of sneezing.
