Fluid in pelvis
My ultrasound says fluid in pelvis . Also I have pain on lower left hand side ...what does it mean... it aggravates during periods.

It depends on what time of the period, you had the ultrasound. Some fluid because of ovulation is common in the midcycle. Otherwise it may be the sign of infection. However, we need to know whether you have severe pain, abnormal discharge etc which indicate infection.
