She needs admission. Pl admitted her in a hospital and consult pulmonologist and cardiologist.

primarily get her renal workup done..secondly she need left sided tap..thirdly share the ct film as need to see how much of edema has she accumulated

She needs admission and further work up. If she is symptomatic fluid should be aspirated
