Fluid in lungs?
I was gulping down a liquid when instantly my chest and lung area hurt extremely bad for a couple minutes. I’m nervous I got fluid in my lungs.

Hi. I understand your concern s. You might have aspirated the fluid into your wind pipe . Nothing to worry . Just get a x ray chest done if the pain is still there or you have fever.
