Fluid in knee
4 months back i was feeling head ache severly. taking painkillers and assuming cervical pain.when i felt more severe pain i visited dr.and getting mri .it was pott spine in cv junction.after treatment for 2 mnths i am feeling little better.but facing new problem. There is pain in my pelvis ,knee and toe and thumb.after MRI of pelvis and taking fluid test of knee ,tb was not deducted.report is negative.i want to know the reason and solution of this fluid.its very painful.after taking akt 4 and medicines the pain goes high.

As u are TB test is negative it looks like secondary lesion of tuberculosis.
As previously ur bones and joints were prone to develop tuberculosis.
Firstly continue treatment and get MRI done after three months.

The report may be negative as a result of the antibiotics.

Kindly send the report of MRI... continue taking anti tubercular treatment. and repeat MRI after two to three months to looks for regression of findings.
Also advice to Do chest X-ray to rule out primary foci of Koch's.

please do not discontinue tb treatment for any reason...modified regimens can be taken...and 6 months of compulsory tb treatment is needed failing which resistance prolongs ur cost and duration of treatment very much...
