AFTER URINE , SOME STICKY FLUID GETS ACCUMULATED AT FORESKIN, I HAVE TO WASH IT EVERY TIME AFTER URINE. THERE IS SOME ITCHING ALSO AFTER URINE.

Well done amount of sticky fluid is absolutely normal..but since you make a special mention Bout it and tell about itching.. I suggest you to consult a gen surgeon get examined first.. You may also be required to undergo few tests...do not worry about it..it is definitely curable
