While peeing or passing stool sometimes i feel white semen like fluid coming from penis . What is it and is it a serious problem

If its transparent and sticky then its Cowpers gland which is peri urethral gland lubricating fluid for pleasure on arousal.its absolutely normal. If it is milky white and coming in jerk or without it...its semen. If its semen see the expert. If lubricating fluid...no worry.
