White solid fluid on tip of Foreskin
I have been facing problem to pull down my foreskin since there is white solid type fluid i assume it as semen bt i a solid form. I have done cleaning bt still it doesnt gets removed . whom should i consult urologist or skin specialist.

Hi, it could be fungal infection, pls visit to get examine n start treatment.
