Contraction of foreskin

i am suffering from contraction in the foreskin of my penis due to which it is very painfull to stretch it over the penis head and there is redness and red crack lines on the inner side of foreskin and some times ther is also some white thick fluid over the fore skin and it also pains sometimes while urinating ....please provide a solution as soon as possible as i am very much worried about it do not knoew what to do next

Hi.... Phimosis is the inability to fully retract the foreskin (or prepuce) over the glans penis due to a narrow opening.
Acquired phimosis is a consequence of poor hygiene, forceful retraction of the tight foreskin over the glans penis and recurrent infections.
Application of weak topical corticosteroid creams to the tip of the penis proves to be effective in several cases. Surgery is performed in cases where conservative treatment fails. Circumcision (surgical removal of foreskin) is the only permanent cure.
