Fluctuating blood sugar
Hello for the past week having low blood sugar drops throught the day and she feels okay after a meal and after some time again she feels very dizzy and tired.
So we even took a blood test
Gulcose fasting 138
Gulcose post fasting 127
HbA1c 6.5% Good control
Mean gulcose levels 140
What could be the reason any advice on this could be very helpful

Ratio wise.. fasting higher to pp.Need to check her medication.Do check for sugar level when dizzy

Hi., I can understand your concern.
Incase of sudden low sugar, take dextrose 5mg chewable tablets or table sugar.
