Asked for Male, 23 Years

I had self-diagnosed myself with flu / common cold (even though I am not a doctor). I started taking Recofast Plus tablets along with vitamin C 500 mg tablets twice a day for a couple of days. I felt perfectly normal yesterday and so took only one dose of Recofast Plus and Vitamin C. Should I discontinue Recofast plus from tommorow ?
