Avoid food items known to cause flatulence ( beans/legumes/dairy) or limit the intake.
Monitor your diet and watch what triggers these symptoms and avoid it completely.
Avoid white flour( maida ) and other processed food.
Eat a diet rich in soluble fibre and avoid too much insoluble fibre.
Kindly get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen to rule out any other causes.
A food allergy test might help to assess if you're intolerant to any ingredient.
