Which flap surgery is recommended - manual or laser? Will it cause future teeth problems due to flap surgery.What is the alternative to flap surgery? Will the flap surgery affect the already root canalled tooth.

It depends on the case. Clinical examination and X-ray required. In some cases manual may be more effective. If you have periodontal pockets then flap procedure is the one recommended. It will not effect root canaled tooth
