Flaky itchy and healing white/red rounds
My father has sent these images (ONLY FOR RIGHT HAND HE HAS), he has been suffering this from few months. As per what he described, he has itchiness and scratches and they heal this way, white and red combination flaky and like wounds. QUESTION: Is it related to diabetis or is it fungal?
