It's Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

Hi. This could be a sign of Dermatophyte infection. This requires proper complete treatment before it spreads and so that it doesn't recur. Keep the area dry and clean while maintaining adequate personal hygiene measures. Please see a qualified dermatologist near you in person or could even consult online if you are comfortable.
