Flakes/scales under skin!
I have smooth, raised bumps all over my chest, tops/backs of my shoulders, and upper arms. they aren't blackheads or pustules/pimples... they kind of pop like a blister, but there's a hard, thin, palpable layer within each of these bumps that will NOT come out. I've spent hours and hours online trying to figure out what's going on with my skin and I haven't found a single thing.
