Flagyl 400 and Alchohol
I have been prescribed Flagyl 400 3 times a day for 3 days after a wisdom tooth extraction. I have my friends marriage tonight and i am planning to grab a beer or two. Is it safe to have beer while having Flagyl 400?

No you should not take alcohol while you are on Flagyl 400 and even after 3 days of this medicine as it has some unpleasant side effects such as fast heart beat , warmth or redness under the skin, nausea , vomiting .

I would rather suggest you not to as alcohol and flagyl(metronidazole) will have serious interactions.
