You need to start the treatment right away, when the disease is scientifically proved by the Lab. You need to start a course of an antibiotics and other medicines for typhoid as soon as possible for atleast initially for 7 days. Your reports are negative for enteric fever (typhoid). But there are some limitations of widal test. This test is to be done only after 7 days of fever. Blood culture should be done in first week of fever.
