Fistula operation
I was operated for fistula 15 days back i am having continuous dressing everyday after bowel movements but sometimes i need to go late night for bowel movement and after that i cant go to hospital for dressing and i have to left the wound open for whole night.. so is it safe to keep the wound open for around 12 hours(whole night)??
