My cousin was diagnosed with fistula in ano and had pus coming out. Now before she could get fistula operated she is pregnant (1st time). What should we do about the fistula ?should she get operated? If yes, when? If not, what do we need to do?

Unfortunately, a fistula will always have to be operated. It will not go away with medications.
She can either wait to get operated post delivery, or in her second trimester, if she has lots of discharge and pain.
